Meet the Staff

DONNA BERZELLINI, CTP

Donna became the Director of Certification at AFP in May, 2007. She is responsible for the strategic direction, development and growth of AFP's certification programs and international initiatives related to certification. Donna joined the AFP staff in 2000 as the Director of Education and Training and was responsible for the Annual Conference and for developing and implementing new educational programs. She has more than 35 years experience working in the financial industry. Prior to AFP, her positions included associate directorships at the American Bankers Association and Mortgage Bankers Association of America, and senior vice presidencies at the Bank of Maryland and Maryland National Bank. Donna holds a B.A. in education from Maryland's Towson University and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).

STACY SAUL

Stacy Saul has served as AFP's Certification Manager since December 2007. In this position, Stacy manages the daily administration of the department and test development as well as recruits and coordinates volunteers to serve as Subject Matter Experts. Before joining AFP, she managed the development of the Certified Software Development Professional program for the IEEE Computer Society and the Mobile Electronics Certification program for the Consumer Electronics Association. Stacy has a B.A. in Arts Management from University of Maryland in Baltimore.

MARCIA SOLOMON

Marcia Solomon joined AFP as the Certification Coordinator in December 2007. In this position, Marcia is responsible for coordinating the development and communication of policies and procedures for renewal of the Company's CTP/CCM designations. Prior to AFP, she was the Community Outreach and Internal Relations Associate at Genaissance Pharmaceuticals (now Clinical Data), a pharmacogenomics company. Marcia holds a B.A. in Comparative Literature from Fordham University in New York.

MEGAN LADD

Megan Ladd joined AFP as the Certification Administrator in June of 2012. She is responsible for coordinating the administration and communication of policies and procedures for the CTP certification. Megan assists potential candidates in the application process and examination preparation. Prior to AFP, she was an education volunteer in rural Kazakhstan for the US Peace Corps. Megan holds a dual B.A. in English Literature and Russian Language from the University of Florida.
